The guest’s journey

One system from the first booking to the last payslip

Canyons’ booking site: group lesson cards for adults and kids.

Guests book online, at the desk or through their hotel or agent. If there’s space, the booking is confirmed and paid on the spot. Waivers and guest details come in before they arrive, a qualified instructor or guide is rostered on every group, the morning line-up is set on one board, and the hours worked become pay.

  • Online, desk and partner bookings against the same availability
  • Paid online by card, with unpaid bookings reminded and released
  • Waivers on the guest’s phone, with a parent or guardian signing for under-18s
  • Season rosters, qualifications, the morning line-up, lunch spots and duties
  • Hours and pay calculated from the schedule actually worked
